In May 2005, JAKOTA signed contracts with the river cruise A-ROSA (a branch of the German Arkona AG) on the delivering of IT-support to the fleet of ship cruising on the river Danube and Rhône. We are taking responsibility for the ship's IT-equipment and the mail communication. The constant monitoring process and the ticketing system ensure fast respond. Long term maintenance contracts between A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH and JAKOTA prove the trust the contractor renowned for high-class river cruising has in our services. The fleet's IT-equipment are to be attended by JAKOTA Cruise Systems 24 hours a day. After having already proven our reliability in maintaining of the data-communication this represents a further consequent step into the direction of full service. Our clients are offered planning, equipment and integration of their IT-demand. One-stop, as usual.
